1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through my online shop “Neon for you.”

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.

By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when I confirm your order by email.

4. Prices

All prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation (Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act), no sales tax is shown.

5. Shipping

Shipping will be according to my shipping policy.

6. Payment

Payment is made in advance, via PayPal or another payment method specified in the shop.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain my property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the refund policy.

9. Dispute resolution

Note on online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and Section 36 VSBG:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
