Payment

 

• Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or advance payment by bank transfer.

• If you choose the payment method “Prepayment”, I will send you my bank details by email after receiving your order.
  The invoice amount must be transferred within 7 days of receiving this email.

• All prices are final prices. According to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), I do not charge sales tax and therefore do not display it.

 

 

Shipment

 

• Shipping takes place within Germany and to selected EU countries.

• Shipping is carried out by DHL or a comparable shipping service provider.

• The delivery time within Germany is usually 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.
  For deliveries to other EU countries, the delivery time is usually 5-10 working days.

• The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

• For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
