Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Consequences of revocation:

If you cancel the contract, I will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered), within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

• individually manufactured or personalized products

• digital content that you downloaded immediately
